HBEPP-03-010 battery-powered lifting magnet to a leading manufacturer in Saudi Arabia. This client produces high-quality electrical machinery and power distribution boxes. They needed a reliable solution for the critical steel plate load process during production. Our team provided a system that combines safety, mobility, and precision.
Meeting the Challenge of Thin Plates:
Electrical box manufacturing requires handling various metal sizes. The client must manage plates ranging from 500mm to 3000mm in length. However, the most difficult task involves the thickness. Standard magnets often struggle with plates only 5mm thick. These thin materials tend to bend or peel away from the magnetic surface.
Furthermore, the HBEPP-03-010 model features a specialized magnetic circuit. It provides a Safe Working Load (SWL) of 1 ton without damaging the material. This ensures a stable steel plate load every time, even for the thinnest components.
Cordless Freedom and Flexibility:
Traditional lifting equipment usually requires heavy power cables. These wires limit the movement of the crane. In addition, cables often tangle or cause tripping hazards on the factory floor. Our solution solves this problem with an integrated high-performance battery pack.
Consequently, the operator can move the lifter between different cranes without unplugging any wires. This "plug-and-play" design allows the Saudi team to use one device across multiple workstations. It removes the need for complex external wiring and simplifies the entire workflow.
Safety Through Electro-Permanent Technology
Safety remains the top priority in any industrial environment. The HBEPP-03-010 uses advanced electro-permanent technology. This system only uses electricity for one second to "Mag" or "Demag" the load. Therefore, the magnet stays fully engaged even if the battery runs out during a lift.
Moreover, this technology protects both the workers and the expensive machinery. It ensures the steel plate load remains secure until the operator manually releases it. This feature provides peace of mind for the Saudi production team.
