This is an electro-permanent lifting magnet for 6-12mm steel plates with a rated lifting capacity of 4 tons. The magnetic pull force was at least 3 times the lifting capacity. This lifter can lift single steel sheets without adhering to the second one. Hence, it is very suitable for laser plasma cutting machine loading.
1. It adopts the electro-permanent magnet, which keeps clamping the industrial materials even when the electric power is cut off. In short, it doesn't lose magnetic force in case of a blackout, but only needs a pulse of electric current to activate or deactivate the magnet. Therefore, it is much safer and more energy-saving than the electromagnet.
2. The maintenance of electro-permanent magnets is quite easy and low-costive. The operators can be easily self-trained, and they just have to check the magnet visually before each use. And pay attention to its storage.
