Application Scenarios of lifting magnets in shipyards:

1. Use the lifting magnet for unloading steel sheets. The first stage of the shipbuilding process in the unloading workshop is to determine the shape, quantity, and quality of the steel required for shipbuilding according to the engineer’s designed and designated place (the location design on the drawing is put into the field location).
2. Carry the uneven steel plates to the plate leveler to make them flat sheet metal.
3. Load the flat steel plates to the steel plate pretreatment equipment for surface rust removal and then primer. Because if we don’t do pretreatment, the steel very easy to rust, and the plates will rot at least 1/10 when the ship is built.
4. The rusted steel to the steel plate pretreatment line for edge processing.
5. The steel plates to the press for heavy forming.
6. The steel plates to the large diameter medium frequency bending machine to make some elbow-shaped components required for shipbuilding.
7. Load the steel plates to the cutting machine for edge processing of the steel plate.
8. Load the steel sheets to the drilling machine to drill the steel plate so that the steel plate components can be assembled.
9. Steel loading to the shipping platform, and the whole hull assembly according to the specified lifting order. Painting operation of the hull in the final assembly plant.
10. Steel plates were lifted to the painting workshop for hull painting.
