How does the vacuum lifter work?
The vacuum lifter is connected to the vacuum equipment through the nozzle, and then contacts the workpiece, and starts the vacuum equipment to suck, so that a negative air pressure is generated in the suction cup, so that the workpiece is firmly sucked and can be transported. When the workpiece is transported to the destination, the vacuum equipment will change the air pressure in the vacuum lifter to zero pressure, and the vacuum lifter will be separated from the workpiece, thus completing the task of workpiece transport.Therefore, when using the vacuum lifter to transport the steel plates, the operator needs to clean up the impurities such as iron filings on the steel plate to ensure that the surface of the steel plate is flat enough. We must avoid the phenomenon that the steel plates cannot be hoisted or even falls off during the hoisting process.

How does the magnetic lifter work?
The electric permanent magnetic lifter generates a magnetic force by energizing the internal coil, passes through the magnetic conductive panel, and firmly attracts the workpiece that is in contact with the surface of the panel, and then powers off the coil to make the magnetic force disappear to achieve demagnetization and remove the workpiece.
The electric permanent magnet lifter has strong magnetic force, the maximum suction force can reach 16kg/cm², the magnetic force distribution is uniform and adjustable, and it can be applied to various powerful machining, rough machining and finishing. Moreover, in terms of machining accuracy, the holding force of the electronically controlled strong suction cup does not need to be maintained by connecting the power supply, and continuous operation does not generate heat, avoiding the thermal deformation of the workpiece, and at the same time, the strong and uniform disk suction force ensures the highest machining accuracy even if the workpiece exceeds the table.
The electromagnetic lifter has the function of automatic auxiliary positioning. Simply pressing a button, the workpiece can be clamped or released in 0.3 seconds, which can greatly improve the production efficiency.
Based on the above reasons, more and more machinery manufacturers give up using vacuum lifters to lift steel plates, and would rather use electric permanent magnet lifters to lift steel plates. Because the electric permanent magnet lifter has the unique advantages of both the permanent magnet lifter and the electromagnetic lifter, the magnetic force is strong, the power will not lose the magnetism, and it is not easy to fail.
