The cause and treatment of E01 fault in the controller of electro permanent magnet HEPC11-30

As the main equipment for controlling and regulating automated electro permanent magnet products, the electro permanent magnet controller has long been in the workshop of major automated manufacturing plants. An in-depth understanding of the controller’s common display fault codes and their processing methods is particularly important for better performance of operations. Today, let’s learn about the causes of the E01 error in the HEPC11-30 controller and how to deal with it.

The E01 fault of the electro permanent magnet controller is an error code that occurs when the magnet current does not reach the set value. The fault is handled as follows: firstly, check whether the magnet and the controller’s connecting line are damaged, and secondly, check whether the current detection value is correct.
To fix the E01 fault displayed by the electro permanent magnet controller, you first need to prepare a multimeter and hit it to the resistance gear, then turn off the power to the controller, check whether the quick plug is firmly installed (if not, tighten it), then screw it out and measure the resistance value of the 1 and 2 pins of the magnet socket.

If the resistance value is shown as infinity, that means the magnet and controller connection line has been disconnected, the cable needs to be repaired, and then the magnetization or demagnetization operation, a successful magnetization or demagnetization operation will eliminate the E01 fault.
If the resistance values of pin 1 and pin 2 are consistent with the resistance marked on the electro permanent magnet nameplate, it means that the magnet is connected to the controller in good condition, at this time, it is necessary to detect whether the current detection value is correct, and the magnet needs to be connected to the controller to calibrate the current detection threshold value.

How to calibrate the current detection threshold? First, long press the [Setup Key] to enter the setup interface, then enter the password 123 and press the [Setup Key] to adjust to the [Current Detection Threshold] gear. Set the current detection threshold to 1, the system is in the demagnetization success state, then the system will start automatic calibration, and the fault will be repaired after the automatic calibration is finished.
